Olga Doherty is the creator of 'The Uncomplicated Nutrition’ programme, in which she addresses physical, mental and emotional needs. Olga believes that small sustainable changes to the daily routine can bring incredible results for the rest of the life.
Olga works with a variety of clients including those who have physical or psychological limitations due to an injury, trauma, surgery or an illness, such as diabetes type one or two, hormonal disorders, mental health issues, food additions and others.
“My life’s purpose is to help people achieve a feeling of freedom and joy in their day-to-day lives effortlessly. We all have bad habits; we all suffer from the lack of knowledge in general and often have a very vague understanding of self and what’s best for us as an individual.
Split energy, conflicting ideas, contradicting goals — all this is tying us down to an existence we are not satisfied with. A little discipline to live our lives as the best version of ourselves is ultimately the freedom that will free us from the life we are not happy with.
I studied nutrition, body functions and fitness, their impact on spirituality and mental health, and synthesised the knowledge to find solutions to the problems you may be experiencing today.
