Consultation And Fitness Assessment

_This is a 1-hour session required for all new clients in order for us to deliver training sessions safely and effectively

_ It consists of a chat, so we can better understand your needs and goals

_ Body composition measurement: Weight, BMI, body fat %, Muscle Mass %, BMR, Visceral Fat

_ Physical assessment: Cardio-Vascular Fitness, Upper and Lower Body and Core Strength and Overall Flexibility

Personal Training Single

_This is a one 1-hour session suitable for those who are cannot commit to a specific schedule and prefer to book ad-hoc when their busy schedule allows

_ Same day bookings are subject to availability

This bundle of twenty 1-hour sessions is for anyone who is committed to put in work in order to see great and long lasting results. This is for you if:


_ You need to lose more than 10 kg

_ You hate training on your own and prefer professional help and motivation

_ You are in post-surgical rehab, getting back into it after an injury or have any other physical or phycological limitations

Personal Training 10

This bundle of ten 1-hour sessions is for anyone who is committed to put in work in order to see great and long lasting results. This is for you if:


_ You need to lose less than 10 kg

_ You hate training on your own and prefer professional help and motivation

_ You need a training programme designed specifically for you. You’d like to learn the programme together with a personal trainer to gain confidence to be able to do these workouts on your own
